After a year away, Goat and their parents move back to the suburb Goat grew up in. Ever the ghost-hunter and paranormal investigator, Goat immediately sets out to explore an abandoned building in hopes of uncovering supernatural phenomenon. Unbeknownst to Goat however, their most recent investigation will turn up more than they ever have before...
Goat, completely unruffled at this entirely expected outcome, must now work to uncover the mystery behind their new ghost friend's death. Whether getting help from old friends or going solo (alongside their ghost friend, of course), nothing will stop Goat from unravelling this mystery!
But as they forge onward, they slowly bring the sordid history of the town to light, and it seems inexplicably tied to the ghost's tragic murder. As more questions are unearthed — What role did the town play? How are their parents involved in this? Why did they move back to town? What really happened that faithful night? — Goat, the ghost, and friends will find that danger still lurks, and they may be in too deep to turn back...
It's been months since Robin died. There is no corner of Basil's life that their ghost hasn't touched. The empty spot at the dinner table. The school uniform still hung on their door. The silent walk home.
Every spot had a palpable hole where his sibling should have been.
Every place had the spectre of Robin haunting over him.
Basil hasn't been in their room since their death. He finally decides he's ready.
It's exactly as they left it.
A kid gets transported into her favourite show full of superheroes & supervillains, and boy is she prepared!
While the trip was completely unplanned, she'd already filled up pages and pages of plans of what she'd do if she were somehow in their world, and now that she is (and even gets to keep her planning notebook to boot), she's not about to to waste it. She will pull for the happiest ending she can get.
The only problem is, she had yet to finish the show when she arrived. She got exactly halfway through. And she is all too aware of the fact that there were changes she would've made in season 1 if she were going in blind, that would've led everything to disaster. (They were even written down in her notebook, scribbled when she first watched the show, able to be seen in all their ominous glory if only she flipped back through the pages.)
So while she has some solid ideas about how to handle season 1, she's getting nervous about what she should do when her knowledge starts running out...
